I waive, release, and discharge CPHA and their directors, officers, agents and members, their representatives, heirs, executors and assigns from any and all claims of liability for injury or damage to myself, my animals, or my property arising our of my participation in CPHA events. This agreement is binding upon my executors, heirs, and assigns.

Warm up classes: $10.00 per go
CDFA Drug Fee: $5.00 per horse
Grounds Fee: $20.00 per horse
Pole Fee $10.00 Charged per trail exhibitor
